Addiction Recovery Consulting Services was founded by Alice Tanner in 2000. Her combination of professional training and personal experience with the disease of addiction allows her to offer an unparalleled perspective to individuals, families and businesses when confronting this powerful illness. Recovery is a process, often started through a professional intervention or family workshop. At every step, Alice will guide you and your family from intervention preparation through treatment, including follow-up.

Addiction Recovery Consulting Services is an independent consulting service based in California and is not affiliated with any treatment facility. As an independent business, ARCS objectively bases all treatment recommendations on the individual needs of its client(s). Where necessary, other professionals are consulted to provide your family with a comprehensive recovery plan. The following services, explained more fully on the services page, are offered:

Meet Alice Tanner

Alice is an Intervention Specialist and Business Consultant and is the owner/founder of Addiction Recovery Consulting Services. She assists individuals, families and business from all over the country address addiction within the family system or workplace through interventions, workshops and trainings. Prior to entering the field of addiction recovery she practiced family and criminal defense law for many years. She firmly believes that if she had known then what she knows now about addiction she would have made a far better attorney.

Building on the tenets that knowledge is power and that a key element of addiction recovery is honesty, Alice uses theinvitational intervention and educational Systemic Intervention model in her practice. For more information, please see Alice ’s Bio.
