At all Emeritus assisted living, Alzheimer's care, and retirement communities, there are no hidden costs and no hefty entry fees. We rent on a month-to-month basis, offering a comprehensive package of assisted living services and senior care amenities for one affordable monthly fee, plus a small one-time move-in charge. Compared to the cost of maintaining a home or apartment – or compared to the cost of nursing home care – Emeritus assisted living and retirement communities offer a real value. All residents may receive the following amenities in addition to their services whether they need assisted living, Alzheimer's care, or skilled nursing.
