For companies who are unfamiliar with accessing medical care in the Americas, we can manage the costs of hospitalization and take care of your international travelers and employees during their stay here. We can negotiate treatment rates on your behalf and take care of the claims management process.

International SOS Membership is also available on an individual basis to anyone who travels: vacationers or students visiting friends and relatives overseas – anyone who needs a trusted friend to call in an emergency.

Our 24-hour alarm center in Philadelphia coordinates assistance services in North, Central and South America and the Caribbean.

Members can call from anywhere in the world to speak with our coordinators for advice, information and translation assistance with over 90 languages and dialects.

Like many International SOS Alarm Centers, Philadelphia has a dedicated group of Japanese staff for our Japanese clients and members. They liaise with our Tokyo alarm center to facilitate services throughout the Americas.
